以实验室保藏的抗镉淡紫拟青霉菌( Paecilomyces lilacinus) LLC4为出发菌株,研究培养温度,初始pH,不同Cd2+浓度对其生长的影响以及不同Cd2+浓度对其生长中pH及吸附率的影响。研究结果表明,菌株LLC4最适培养温度和初始pH分别为28℃和8;低浓度Cd2+对菌株LLC4的生长有一定的促进作用,当初始培养Cd2+浓度为10 mmol/L时,其有较好生长量;随培养液中Cd2+浓度增加,菌株LLC4在培养过程pH变化范围变小;菌株LLC4对Cd2+的吸附率随Cd2+浓度的增加而降低,在初始Cd2+浓度为5 mmol/L时,培养48 h后对Cd2+的吸附率最大,达65.17%。

The study takes the Paecilomyces lilacinus LLC4 preserved in the laboratory was as the starting strain.The influence of culture tempreture ,pH and different concentrations of Cd 2+on the growth of strain LLC4 are studied.The influence of different concentrations of Cd 2+on pH and adsorption rate of culturing strain LLC 4 are tested too.The research results show that the optimum culture temperature is 28 ℃and the optimum culture pH is 8.The strain LLC4 grous better with low concentration Cd 2+of the medium.The best growth quantity will be got when the initial concentration of Cd 2+is 10 mmol/L.The pH variation range is narrower with the increase of Cd 2+concentration of medium .The adsorption rate of Cd 2+decreases with the increase of Cd 2+concentration.When the initial concentration of Cd2+is 5 mmol/L,the maximal Cd2+adsorption rate by the strain LLC4 reaches 65.17%af-ter culturing 48 h.
