为了探讨乌桕籽粗脂肪提取的最佳工艺条件,以河池学院校园内采集的乌桕籽为实验材料,通过单因素试验、正交试验,考查了溶剂种类及所选溶剂的浓度梯度、提取时间、提取温度和料液比对乌桕籽粗脂肪提取率的影响,通过验证性试验确定乌桕籽粗脂肪提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,乌桕籽粗脂肪提取的最佳工艺条件为:选用无水乙醇作为提取剂,提取时间120 min,提取温度100℃,料液比1∶25(g/mL)。此条件下,乌桕籽粗脂肪的平均得率为43.28%。该工艺条件稳定,重复性好。
為瞭探討烏桕籽粗脂肪提取的最佳工藝條件,以河池學院校園內採集的烏桕籽為實驗材料,通過單因素試驗、正交試驗,攷查瞭溶劑種類及所選溶劑的濃度梯度、提取時間、提取溫度和料液比對烏桕籽粗脂肪提取率的影響,通過驗證性試驗確定烏桕籽粗脂肪提取的最佳工藝條件。結果錶明,烏桕籽粗脂肪提取的最佳工藝條件為:選用無水乙醇作為提取劑,提取時間120 min,提取溫度100℃,料液比1∶25(g/mL)。此條件下,烏桕籽粗脂肪的平均得率為43.28%。該工藝條件穩定,重複性好。

In order to study the optimal crude fat extraction conditions of Sapium sebiferum seeds, the experi-mental sample was collected on Hechi university campus .By single-factor test and orthogonal test , the effects of different kinds of solvent , concentration gradient of the chosen solvent , extraction time , temperature and solvent ra-tio on extraction rate of S.sebiferum seeds crude fat were examined .By confirmatory test , the optimum extraction process conditions of S.sebiferum seeds crude fat were confirmed .The results show that the optimal extraction sol-vent, time, temperature, sample-solvent ratio is anhydrous ethanol , 120 min, 100℃, 1∶25 g/mL, respectively. Under this condition , the average production rate of crude fat reaches 43 .28%.The process condition is stable and with good repeatability .
