细菌黏附是一个复杂过程，受多种因素影响。随着医学生物材料应用增多，感染发病率也明显增高，如何防治生物材料相关感染是临床急需解决的问题。因此，研究细菌与生物材料黏附对于探讨生物材料植入机体引起的感染具有重要意义。本综述简单介绍了生物材料中有关细菌黏附机制，着重分析了细菌黏附影响因素，以及细菌自身特性、宿主因素对细菌黏附的影响，并在总结细菌黏附研究中所存在问题的基础上，对未来研究的发展趋势提出展望。

Bacterial adhesion is a complex process affected by many factors. With the increasing application of medical bio-materials, the incidence of infections signiifcantly increases. How to prevent the relevant infection caused by biomaterials has become an urgent clinical problem. Therefore, the study on the adhesion of bacterial and biomaterials plays an important role in discussion on the infection caused by the biological material implantation. This review brielfy introduced the biological materials related to bacterial adhesion mechanism, analyzed the bacterial adhesion factors, as well as their characteristics, host factors on bacterial adhesion of bacteria. And it also put forward the outlook of the future research trends based on summarization of the problems of bacterial adhesion.
