骨肿瘤已经严重威胁人类的生命与健康，将临床、影像学资料、病理三者结合才能够得出骨肿瘤的正确诊断。其中，病理诊断是关键。穿刺活检已经成为一种广泛应用活检技术，具有创伤小、准确率高的特点，但是穿刺活检后仍然存在出血、肿瘤局部转移等并发症，严重影响骨肿瘤的治疗，给骨肿瘤患者的治疗及预后造成了极大的困难。本研究基于笔者发明的穿刺骨组织的装置和封闭骨孔的器械，探索一种安全、有效、并发症少的穿刺活检方法。

Bone tumors has been a severe threat to human health. Clinical data in combination with imaging and pathological data play a key role in the correct diagnosis of tumors, among which the pathological diagnosis is very critical. Aspiration biopsy has been widely used as a new type of biopsy with the characteristic of small trauma and high accuracy. But it still exists some complications such as bleeding and local tumor metastasis, which cause catastrophic consequences to patients with bone tumors. This study is based on the new style of the biopsy device which is invented by the author. This device was used on rabbit VX2 model to implement biopsy and detect the seal effect by histological measures and real-time quantitative PCR. The objective is to explore a safer and more effective aspiration biopsy method with less complication to diagnose bone tumor.
