目的：寻找与鼻咽癌相关的非编码RNA。方法采用荧光RT-PCR方法分析非编码RNA在鼻咽正常细胞、鼻咽癌细胞株及鼻咽癌活检组织、非鼻咽癌活检组织中的表达情况。结果 LINC00520在细胞株HK-1中呈低表达， MIR100HG、LINC00340、DNM30S、LINC01135则呈高表达，LINC00340、DNM30S在鼻咽癌组表达水平高于非鼻咽癌组，P值分别为0．014和0．005，LINC00520在非鼻咽癌组表达水平高于鼻咽癌组，P值为0．038。结论 ncRNA在鼻咽癌与鼻咽良性疾病中表达水平的改变提示差异表达的ncRNA与鼻咽癌的发生发展有关。

Objective To search noncoding RNA associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The expression of noncoding RNA in nasopharyngeal normal cells lines,nasopharyngeal carcinorma cells lines,nasopharyngeal carcinorma biopsy tissues and nasopharyngeal benign disease biopsy tissues were analyzed by fluoresence RT-pcr.Results LINC00520 was lowly expressed in HK-1 cell lines, MIR100HG、LINC00340、DNM30S、LINC01135 were highly expressed in HK-1 cell lines. LINC00340、DNM30S were highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinorma biopsy tissues,LINC00520 was highly expressed in na-sopharyngeal benign disease biopsy tissues.Conclusion The different expression level of ncRNA between nasopharyngeal carci-norma and nasopharyngeal benign disease biopsy tissues reveal that ncRNA may play a key role in the occurrence and develop-ment of NPC.
