目的：探讨血清中癌胚抗原（CEA）及糖链多肽抗原19-9（CA19-9）对胃癌术后复发及转移的诊断价值。方法随机选择90例胃癌患者作为研究对象，利用临床分析和随访资料进行研究，术后复发及转移患者与未复发患者均为45例。将复发及转移患者作为观察组，未复发患者作为对照组。运用电化学发光法检测患者术前术后血清中癌胚抗原（CEA）及糖链多肽抗原19-9（CA19-9）的含量。结果胃癌术后复发组的CEA及CA19-9的含量明显高于对照组，2组差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。观察组CEA与CA19-9单项及联合检测的阳性率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论血清中癌胚抗原（CEA）及糖链多肽抗原19-9（CA19-9）对胃癌术后复发及转移有较为重要的诊断价值，值得作为术后胃癌复发的诊断指标。
목적：탐토혈청중암배항원（CEA）급당련다태항원19-9（CA19-9）대위암술후복발급전이적진단개치。방법수궤선택90례위암환자작위연구대상，이용림상분석화수방자료진행연구，술후복발급전이환자여미복발환자균위45례。장복발급전이환자작위관찰조，미복발환자작위대조조。운용전화학발광법검측환자술전술후혈청중암배항원（CEA）급당련다태항원19-9（CA19-9）적함량。결과위암술후복발조적CEA급CA19-9적함량명현고우대조조，2조차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。관찰조CEA여CA19-9단항급연합검측적양성솔균명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론혈청중암배항원（CEA）급당련다태항원19-9（CA19-9）대위암술후복발급전이유교위중요적진단개치，치득작위술후위암복발적진단지표。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CEA and CA19-9 in the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods 90 cases of gastric cancer were randomly selected for the study,and received clinical data analysis and follow-up study,patients with recurrence and metastasis was the observation group,patients without recurrence and metastasis was the control group,each with 45 cases.ECL method was used to detect preoperative and postoperative serum CEA and CA19-9 con-tent.Results In the observation group,CEA and CA19-9 were significantly higher than the control group,there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Positive rate of CEA and CA19-9 single and combined detection of the observation group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CEA and CA19-9 have diagnostic value for recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer,it can be a diagnostic indicator for gastric cancer recurrence after surgery.
