辽河油田原油性质属稠油,富含沥青质和胶质,具有原油流动性差、脱水难度大、脱水效率低的特点。为提高原油采收率,增产增效,开展驱油剂、蒸汽吞吐剂、高温调剖剂的应用,导致采出液成分复杂,加剧了原油乳化。为解决联合站在运行过程中出现的脱水困难的问题,采用现场调研与室内热化学脱水实验相结合的方法,分析了多个因素(包括来液含水率、脱水温度、原油溶液 pH 值、破乳剂加药浓度、采出液成分等)对各区来液混合物油水分离的影响。研究表明:适当提高脱水温度(冬季开加热炉时保持一次沉降罐60~70℃、二次沉降罐85~90℃)、降低 pH 值至6~7.5、延长罐内沉降时间、控制破乳剂加药浓度在600×10-6至750×10-6内等都是提高联合站原油脱水效果的有效措施。

The heavy oil from Liaohe oilfield is rich in asphaltenes and colloids, has characteristics of poor mobility, and low dehydration efficiency. In order to improve oil recovery and increase efficiency, oil displacement agents, steam stimulation, and high-temperature profile control agents have been widely applied, which makes produced fluid composition more complicated, and exacerbates the oil emulsion. To solve the problem that the dehydration of crude oil is difficult in multi-purpose station during operation, by the method combining the field research with indoor dehydration experiments of thermal chemistry, influencing factors of separation of oil and water were analyzed, including liquid content, dehydration temperature, pH value of crude oil solution, demulsifier dosing concentration, produced fluid composition. The results show that increasing dehydration temperature, decreasing pH value at 6 to 7.5, extending the processing time of crude oil in sedimentation tanks, maintaining demulsifier dosing concentration at 600 ×10-6 to 750×10-6 ,are effective measures to improve crude oil dehydration effect in the multi-purpose station.
