利用甘氨酸和一水硫酸锰反应,合成了饲料添加剂甘氨酸锰。分析了甘氨酸锰合成工艺中反应物配比,反应温度及反应时间对转化率的影响并通过 L9(34)正交实验对其进行了优化,最终确定了最佳反应条件:当甘氨酸、一水硫酸锰的摩尔比为1.61,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为90 min,反应收率可达80.7%。并用 IR,TG-DTA,XRD 对产物进行了表征。

Glycine manganese, a kind of feeding additive, was synthesized from glycine and manganese sulfate. The effect of reactants ratio,reaction temperature and time on the conversion was analyzed, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of glycine to manganese 1.6:1, reaction temperature 85℃, and reaction time 90 min. Under above conditions, the yield can reach to 80.7%. At last, the product was characterized by IR, TG and XRD.
