为了更好地了解中国鲎(Tachpleus tridentatus)和圆尾鲎(Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda)血淋巴细胞的种类组成和特征差异,综合运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和粒度仪,较为系统地对两种鲎的血淋巴细胞进行了分类和特征研究,从而为两种鲎的血淋巴细胞和分子生物学研究提供基础资料。根据血淋巴细胞大小、核质比、细胞着色特点、细胞中颗粒存在与否、颗粒的密集程度等,中国鲎和圆尾鲎的血淋巴细胞均可分为大颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞和透明细胞三种主要类型,且两种鲎的血淋巴细胞均以颗粒细胞为主,透明细胞在血淋巴细胞中所占比例最小,但具有高核质比。两种鲎的同类血淋巴细胞在染色和形态上无显著性差异,但在同一种鲎中,血淋巴细胞密度存在显著的雌雄差异。
為瞭更好地瞭解中國鱟(Tachpleus tridentatus)和圓尾鱟(Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda)血淋巴細胞的種類組成和特徵差異,綜閤運用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和粒度儀,較為繫統地對兩種鱟的血淋巴細胞進行瞭分類和特徵研究,從而為兩種鱟的血淋巴細胞和分子生物學研究提供基礎資料。根據血淋巴細胞大小、覈質比、細胞著色特點、細胞中顆粒存在與否、顆粒的密集程度等,中國鱟和圓尾鱟的血淋巴細胞均可分為大顆粒細胞、小顆粒細胞和透明細胞三種主要類型,且兩種鱟的血淋巴細胞均以顆粒細胞為主,透明細胞在血淋巴細胞中所佔比例最小,但具有高覈質比。兩種鱟的同類血淋巴細胞在染色和形態上無顯著性差異,但在同一種鱟中,血淋巴細胞密度存在顯著的雌雄差異。

In the present study, light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and particle size analyzer were utilized to investigate hemocyte classification and characterization between two horseshoe crabs Tachpleus tridentatus and Car-cinoscorpius rotundicauda. Hemocyte classification was based on cell size, nuclear-cytoplasmic (N/C) ratio, the mor-phology, and the number and size of cytoplasmic granules in the hemocytes. Three major types of hemocytes were dis-tinguished in the two horseshoe crabs: the granular cell (GC), the semi-granular cell (SGC) and the hyaline cell (HC). GC was the major cell type in both horseshoe crabs; HC was the minor cell type with highest N/C ratio. The hemocyte types between the two horseshoe crabs had no significant differencesin staining and morphology. However, significant differences of total hemocyte counts were observed between males and females within each horseshoe crab species.
