This paper introduces the current status and features of the construction project of the sci -tech infrastructure platform of Shanxi Province, and through surveying the situation of the affirmation and assessment of the platforms of the state and various provinces and cities, works out the general principle suitable for the affirmation and assessment of the project of Shanxi’s sci-tech infrastructure platform, and establishes the affirmation and assessment index system for the sci-tech infrastructure platform of Shanxi Province.
