随着我国高等教育体制和竞技体育管理体制的不断改革，在竞技体育人才培养上逐渐呈现相互融合的趋势，“教体融合”这一竞技体育人才培养模式受到人们的关注。高校作为优秀人才的重要培养基地，有必要积极创新，从观念创新、组织合作、资源整合、协同管理、学训融合等方面探索有效的实践策略，构建长效融合机制，以期应对“教体融合”瓶颈问题，并推进体育竞技人才的可持续发展及高校综合实力的全面提升。
