基于平宝煤业公司己15-17-12041回采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量大,引发工作面上隅角及回风流中瓦斯浓度过大的问题。采用了低位巷大孔径穿层钻孔治理采空区瓦斯的措施,并在回风平巷钻孔末端安装一个朝向采空区方向的90°弯头,利用抽放负压的作用将工作面采空区瓦斯由上隅角向采空区深部运移。将过去以“封堵”治理上隅角瓦斯的指导思想转变为“疏导”。使得工作面上隅角及回风流中瓦斯浓度由原来的0.56%~0.86%、0.4%~0.75%转变为0.18%~0.34%、0.05%~0.17%。效果非常显著,通过对采空区瓦斯的治理消除了工作面上隅角及回风流中瓦斯浓度超限的威胁。

Due to the gas a large quantity of emission in Ping Bao coal company 12041 mining working area goaf,this problem caused gas concentration becoming very high in the mining working area upper corner and at air return drift tunnel. So we took a measure of low position roadway large aperture borehole to reduce the gas in goaf,moreover installing a 90°elbow faced with goaf at air return drift tunnel drill end. It could make use of the negative pressure to make gas flow to the deep goaf. The result was that the gas concentration in upper corner and at air return drift tunnel was becoming from 0.56% ~ 0.86%,0.4% ~ 0.75% into 0.18% ~ 0.34%,0.05% ~ 0.17%. The effect was very signifi-cant,and it eliminated the threat of gas concentration overrun.
