通过借鉴积极情绪扩建模型的理论内涵,在归纳分析前期相关理论和实证研究的基础上,构建了青少年体育生活方式与积极情绪扩建的理论模型。研究认为:青少年参与体育锻炼所获得的积极情绪体验,扩展了自身体育运动情景中的运动思维认知能力和行为操作系统,同时建构了持久的身体资源、认知资源、心理资源、社会资源等,进而改变原有的认知和体育生活方式,从而自觉地、有规律地参与体育活动,最终形成终身体育意识和体育锻炼习惯,并实现向其工作、学习、生活等各方面的迁移。
通過藉鑒積極情緒擴建模型的理論內涵,在歸納分析前期相關理論和實證研究的基礎上,構建瞭青少年體育生活方式與積極情緒擴建的理論模型。研究認為:青少年參與體育鍛煉所穫得的積極情緒體驗,擴展瞭自身體育運動情景中的運動思維認知能力和行為操作繫統,同時建構瞭持久的身體資源、認知資源、心理資源、社會資源等,進而改變原有的認知和體育生活方式,從而自覺地、有規律地參與體育活動,最終形成終身體育意識和體育鍛煉習慣,併實現嚮其工作、學習、生活等各方麵的遷移。
통과차감적겁정서확건모형적이론내함,재귀납분석전기상관이론화실증연구적기출상,구건료청소년체육생활방식여적겁정서확건적이론모형。연구인위:청소년삼여체육단련소획득적적겁정서체험,확전료자신체육운동정경중적운동사유인지능력화행위조작계통,동시건구료지구적신체자원、인지자원、심리자원、사회자원등,진이개변원유적인지화체육생활방식,종이자각지、유규률지삼여체육활동,최종형성종신체육의식화체육단련습관,병실현향기공작、학습、생활등각방면적천이。
Based on the induction of previous theories and empirical researches,a theoretical model has been constructed about the teenagers'sports lifestyle and broadening and building positive emo-tions with references to the connotation of broaden-and-build model of positive emotions.The pro-posed model indicates that the positive emotion experiences acquired from teenagers'participation in sports exercise have broadened the sports cognition and behavioral operation system in the sports sit-uation and meanwhile built the lasting physical,cognitive,mental and social resources,which will change the past cognition and sports lifestyle to lead them to take part in sports activities willingly and regularly and finally acquire the lifelong sports awareness and exercise habit and later gradually transfer to work,study and living.
