目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法对90例2型糖尿病患者[糖尿病组,根据糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测结果分为 HbA1c<7%组(50例)、HbA1c(40例)≥7%组]和90例健康体检者(正常对照组)采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清 BDNF 水平,采用高效液相色谱法检测糖尿病组和正常对照组全血 HbA1c 水平,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病组血清BDNF 水平明显降低,全血 HbA1c 水平明显升高(均 P <0.05);与 HbA1c<7%组比较,HbA1c≥7%组血清 BD-NF 水平明显降低(P <0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者血清 BDNF 水平显著低于正常人群,可能与糖代谢水平有关。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병환자혈청뇌원성신경영양인자(BDNF)수평적변화급기림상의의。방법대90례2형당뇨병환자[당뇨병조,근거당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)검측결과분위 HbA1c<7%조(50례)、HbA1c(40례)≥7%조]화90례건강체검자(정상대조조)채용매련면역흡부시험검측혈청 BDNF 수평,채용고효액상색보법검측당뇨병조화정상대조조전혈 HbA1c 수평,병대검측결과진행통계분석。결과여정상대조조비교,당뇨병조혈청BDNF 수평명현강저,전혈 HbA1c 수평명현승고(균 P <0.05);여 HbA1c<7%조비교,HbA1c≥7%조혈청 BD-NF 수평명현강저(P <0.05)。결론2형당뇨병환자혈청 BDNF 수평현저저우정상인군,가능여당대사수평유관。
ABSTRACT:Objective To discuss the change in serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels and its clinical significance in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Serum BDNF levels were detec-ted by ELISA and blood glycosylated hemoglobin levels were measured by HPLC in 90 patients with type 2 diabetes(diabetes group,50 patients with HbA1c levels< 7% and 40 patients with HbA1c levels≥ 7%)and 90 healthy subjects(control group).Results Compared with control group,serum BDNF levels decreased and blood HbA1c levels increased in diabetes group(P <0.05).Compared with patients with HbA1c levels<7%,serum BDNF levels decreased in patients with HbA1c levels≥7%(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal popylation serum BDNF levels significantly decreased in type 2 diabetic patients and may be related to the level of glucose metabolism.
