在大众化教育生源质量下降、电子信息类专业人才需求急剧变化的背景下,针对地方高校培养定位模糊、教学资源不足、教学模式单一的现象,提出以“3(3+1)”结构为特色的电子信息类专业人才培养创新模式,形成以“5个三结合”为主要手段的协同培养机制,取得良好的改革成效,可为地方院校相关专业的人才培养改革实践提供有益参考。

With the development of mass higher education and the change of society demands for electric information talents, some problems e-merges, such as the decrease of the quality of the students, ambiguous professional training orientation, the lack of teaching resources and monotonous classroom teaching mode. Presents a novel talent-training mode based on the "3 (3+1)" structure for electronic information specialty, and designs a collaborative training mechanism that takes five three-combinations as a main means. The innovative practice has achieved good results, and can provide a useful reference for the talent training practice of relevant majors in local colleges.
