目的 比较热牙胶充填与冷牙胶侧方加压在根管充填中应用的临床效果.方法 60例根尖周病和急性牙髓炎患者, 随机分为对照组和治疗组, 各30例.对照组采用冷牙胶侧方加压, 治疗组采用热牙胶充填.比较术中、术后的临床效果.结果 治疗组的填充时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05), 治疗组术后3个月的临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 应用热牙胶充填进行根管填充的时候能够有效的提高临床效果, 术后根尖周病疼痛几率明显下降, 治疗时间大大缩短, 侧支根管填充效果良好, 是较好的根管填充方法.

목적 비교열아효충전여랭아효측방가압재근관충전중응용적림상효과.방법 60례근첨주병화급성아수염환자, 수궤분위대조조화치료조, 각30례.대조조채용랭아효측방가압, 치료조채용열아효충전.비교술중、술후적림상효과.결과 치료조적전충시간명현소우대조조(P<0.05), 치료조술후3개월적림상총유효솔명현우우대조조(P<0.05).결론 응용열아효충전진행근관전충적시후능구유효적제고림상효과, 술후근첨주병동통궤솔명현하강, 치료시간대대축단, 측지근관전충효과량호, 시교호적근관전충방법.
Objective To compare clinical effects between warm gutta-percha obturation and cold gutta-percha lateral condensation applied in root canal filling.Methods A total of 60 patients with periapical disease and acute pulpitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received cold gutta-percha lateral condensation, and the treatment group received warm gutta-percha obturation. Intraoperative and postoperative clinical effects were compared.Results The treatment group had much shorter obturation time than the control group (P<0.05), and it had obviously better clinical total effective rate in 3 months after operation than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of warm gutta-percha obturation can effectively improve clinical effect in root canal filling. It is a good method which can remarkably reduce incidence of postoperative periapical pain and treatment time.
