在城市扩张过程中，农业用土地大量被征用，越来越多的农民失去原有耕作用地，同时，征地补偿一直是失地农民问题的矛盾焦点。对失地农民的社会保障不充分，失地农民缺乏非农技能等问题日益突出。在政策与新兴产业的促进下，如何尽快转变生产方式，妥善安置失地农民就业，成为解决这一问题的核心。
재성시확장과정중，농업용토지대량피정용，월래월다적농민실거원유경작용지，동시，정지보상일직시실지농민문제적모순초점。대실지농민적사회보장불충분，실지농민결핍비농기능등문제일익돌출。재정책여신흥산업적촉진하，여하진쾌전변생산방식，타선안치실지농민취업，성위해결저일문제적핵심。
In the process of urban expansion,a massive amount of agricultural land has been expropriated,more and more farmers have lost their original land for farming.Meanwhile,the issue of land expropriation compensation has always been the con-tradiction focus of the problem of land-lost farmers.Problems such as inadequate social security for land-lost farmers, farmers' lack of non-agricultural skills become increasingly prominent.Under the promotion of policy and new industry,how to transform the mode of production as soon as possible,and properly arrange land-lost farmers' employment,becomes the core to solve the problem.
