新型工业化是指科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的工业化，本文用高新技术产业和工业资源环境综合指数来表征新型工业化。运用1990-2011年间湖北省生产性服务业与高新技术产业产值以及工业资源环境综合指数分别进行相关性分析来探讨湖北省生产性服务业与新型工业化之间的互动关系。结果表明：湖北省高新技术产业增长对生产性服务业的拉动效应明显，但生产性服务业由于总量不足、结构不合理以及区域发展不均衡对高新技术产业的拉动效应十分微弱，生产性服务业与高新技术产业之间的互动发展还处于初级阶段。生产性服务业的发展对工业资源环境综合指数有明显提升效应。

New-type industrialization is the kind of the industrialization which is characterized by higher technology co-tent, better economic benefits, lower resources consumption, less environmental pollution, and full use of human resources su-periority. It is represented by the comprehensive index of high and new technology industry and industrial resources and envi-ronment in this article. This paper carries on the correlation analysis using the data of producer services output, high-tech in-dustry output and industrial resources and environmental index in Hubei province during 1990 to 2011 in order to probe the relationship between producer services and New-type industrialization. The results show that high-tech industry can promote the expansion of producer services scale obviously, however,due to its insufficient quantity, irrational structure and unbalanced development among all the regions in Hubei, producer services stimulate the development of High-tech industry weakly. Inter-active relationship between producer services and High-tech industry is still in its infancy. Producer services can improve in-dustrial resources and environmental index significantly.
