    From the perspective of students,based on the dislocation of students' sustainable development ability and em-ployment requirement,this article uses the methods of questionnaire and empirical analysis and related theory of matching,ana-lyzes the key indicators and countermeasures of the sustainable development ability for higher vocational students.
