目的：探讨手术室与当下消毒供应中心合作的方法和依从性研究。方法手术室护理人员分组进行相关专业培训，手术室与手术科室之间护理人员派员交流、互相学习与商榷，共同制订各种手术需用物品的明细单。对手术器材的回收、消毒和发送过程中严格执行每一环节的无缝隙交接和质量控制。结果手术器材、辅料供应、交接无误。促使本科及消毒供应中心形成了具有包装、灭菌、交接、发放顺畅的专业护理队伍，两科之间均完善了各项规章制度建设，确保了手术敷料优质、及时、到位供应，为临床手术提供保障。结论科室之间的协作确保了手术敷料的灭菌效果，避免病原交叉感染，减少了院内感染风险。

Objective:To explore the method of operating room and the disinfection supply center cooperation and com-pliance. Methods:The operating room nurses group received related professional training,operating room and surgical nursing staff between departments communicated through mutual learning and discussion and developed all kinds of surgery needed items list. The handover of recycling of surgical equipment,disinfection,and strict implementation of each link in the process was strictly carried out under quality control. Results:The delivery and handover of the surgical equipment and accessories supply were correct. The professional nursing team of packaging,sterilization,smooth handover,distribution were formed in the departments,and the rules and regulations were perfected to ensure surgical dressings to be of high-qual-ity,and timely in position,providing guarantee for clinical surgery. Conclusion:The collaboration between departments en-sures the sterilization effect of surgical dressings,avoids cross infection pathogen and reduces the risk of nosocomial infec-tion.
