目的：探讨医学伦理学在恶性肿瘤中晚期病人护理中的作用。方法针对40例中晚期恶性肿瘤病人包括家属，按照病人及家属受教育程度分为高中以下及以上组，运用医学伦理学理论知识，以健康教育为主，对护理结果进行比较，并对受教育前后病人心理舒适度予以统计学处理。结果健康教育前，受教育程度高者，认知程度较高（χ2=30.933，P =0.000）；健康教育后，二者无差别（P >0.05）。健康教育后，观察组和对照组心理舒适度比较有统计学意义（χ2=33.885，P =0.000）。结论根据医学伦理学原理针对不同的病人进行不同的护理，通过有效的健康教育，有助于提高病人的生存质量，促进医患沟通，改善医患关系，促进家庭与社会的和谐稳定发展。

Objective:To discuss the application of medical ethics in the nursing care of patients with maligant tumer in middle and advanced stages. Methods:This study consisted of 40 patients with malignant tumer in middle and advanced sta-ges and their families. The patients were divided into two groups according to education level:high school and below. Nurs-ing outcomes were compared between the two groups using health education knowledge of medical ethics. Patients′ psycho-logical comfort was analyzed before and after education. Results:Before health education,the group with high education showed high congnitive level(χ2 = 30. 933,P = 0. 000). After health education,the two groups had no difference. Patients′psychological comfort before and after education was statistically significant(χ2 = 33. 885,P = 0. 000). Conclusion:Giving different nursing care for different patients according to the principle of medical ethics can improve the quality of the surviv-al of patients and doctor-patient relationship and promote the doctor - patient communication and social stability.
