[目的]分析改良肠内营养护理对危重病人误吸发生率的影响。[方法]选择2012年4月—2015年4月在我院接受住院治疗的危重病人136例进行研究,将2014年1月前的68例病人纳入对照组(给予常规肠内营养护理),另外68例病人纳入观察组(给予改良肠内营养护理),对比两组病人护理后的误吸发生率、胃肠营养相关并发症、护理前后的营养指标水平。[结果]观察组的误吸发生率2.94%,显著少于对照组的16.18%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理后胃肠营养相关并发症的发生率为8.82%,显著少于对照组的22.06%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组护理后观察组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白以及血红蛋白的水平均分别显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]对危重病人应用改良肠内营养护理措施,可有效减少误吸的发生率,降低胃肠营养相关并发症的发生,且能较好地改善病人的营养状态。

[목적]분석개량장내영양호리대위중병인오흡발생솔적영향。[방법]선택2012년4월—2015년4월재아원접수주원치료적위중병인136례진행연구,장2014년1월전적68례병인납입대조조(급여상규장내영양호리),령외68례병인납입관찰조(급여개량장내영양호리),대비량조병인호리후적오흡발생솔、위장영양상관병발증、호리전후적영양지표수평。[결과]관찰조적오흡발생솔2.94%,현저소우대조조적16.18%,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。관찰조호리후위장영양상관병발증적발생솔위8.82%,현저소우대조조적22.06%,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。량조호리후관찰조적혈청총단백、백단백、구단백이급혈홍단백적수평균분별현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]대위중병인응용개량장내영양호리조시,가유효감소오흡적발생솔,강저위장영양상관병발증적발생,차능교호지개선병인적영양상태。
Objective:To analyze the influence of improved enteral nutrition care on the incidence of aspiration in critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 136 critically ill patients were investigated who were treated in our hos-pital from April 2012 to April 2015,68 patients before January 2014 were included in control group (treated with conventional enteral nutrition care),and another 68 patients were included in observation group (given im-proved enteral nutrition care),and to compare the incidence of aspiration,the gastrointestinal nutrition related complications,and the level of nutritional indexes before and after nursing between both groups.Results:The incidence of aspiration in observation group was 2.94%,significantly less than 16.18% in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal nutrition related complications in observation group was 8.82%,significantly less than 22.06% in control group (P <0.05).The serum total protein,albumin,globulin and hemoglobin levels in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group after nursing,the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of improved enteral nutrition care in critically ill pa-tients can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal nutrition related complications,and improve the nutritional status of patients.
