目的：探讨不同Banff分级慢性肾脏病患者肾脏中Ets-1（ V-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1）表达的差异。方法选取在本院进行肾穿刺活检的患者60例，根据患者肾脏纤维化程度，分为Banff分级正常、轻度、中度及重度4组，每组各15例。对4组患者的性别、年龄、生化指标及病理特征进行分析，并通过免疫组化方法检测肾组织中Ets-1的表达。结果 Banff分级轻度组的BUN、UA、iPTH、尿β2-MG较正常组增高；Banff分级中度组的BUN、SCr、UA、iPTH及尿β2-MG较正常组增高；Banff重度组的MABP、BUN、SCr、UA、血磷、iPTH、尿β2-MG均较正常组明显升高，而Hb降低。 Banff轻度、中度及重度组患者球性硬化、小管萎缩、间质炎性细胞浸润及间质纤维化比例均显著高于正常组。免疫组化显示Banff分级正常组、轻度组、中度组及重度组Ets-1的A值分别为0．10±0．01、0．15±0．08、0．32±0．07、0．54±0．12，中度组、重度组较正常组升高。结论肾间质纤维化患者Ets-1表达升高且随Banff分级程度加重而增高。

목적：탐토불동Banff분급만성신장병환자신장중Ets-1（ V-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1）표체적차이。방법선취재본원진행신천자활검적환자60례，근거환자신장섬유화정도，분위Banff분급정상、경도、중도급중도4조，매조각15례。대4조환자적성별、년령、생화지표급병리특정진행분석，병통과면역조화방법검측신조직중Ets-1적표체。결과 Banff분급경도조적BUN、UA、iPTH、뇨β2-MG교정상조증고；Banff분급중도조적BUN、SCr、UA、iPTH급뇨β2-MG교정상조증고；Banff중도조적MABP、BUN、SCr、UA、혈린、iPTH、뇨β2-MG균교정상조명현승고，이Hb강저。 Banff경도、중도급중도조환자구성경화、소관위축、간질염성세포침윤급간질섬유화비례균현저고우정상조。면역조화현시Banff분급정상조、경도조、중도조급중도조Ets-1적A치분별위0．10±0．01、0．15±0．08、0．32±0．07、0．54±0．12，중도조、중도조교정상조승고。결론신간질섬유화환자Ets-1표체승고차수Banff분급정도가중이증고。
Objective To investigate the expression of transcription factor Ets-1 in chronic renal fibrosis.Methods A total of 60 patients underwent renal biopsy from 1 May 2013 to 31 May 2015 at the Department of Nephrology in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Suzhow University were enrolled in the study and divided into four groups according to Banff scheme.Clinical and pathological char-acteristics of patients were investigated.The expression of transcription factor Ets-1 was assessed by immunohistochemical stainining. Results Compared with normal group,serum BUN, UA, iPTH and urineβ2-MG were significantly elevated in Banff Ⅰgroup.Serum BUN、SCr、UA、iPTH and urineβ2-MG were significantly elevated in Banff Ⅱgroup.MABP、BUN、SCr、UA、P、iPTH and urineβ2-MG were significantly elevated in BanffⅢgroup while Hb decreased.Percentages of global glomerulosclerosis,tubular atrophy, inflammato-ry cell infiltration and interstitial fibrosis significantly increased in Banff Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups than in normal group.Immunohistochemical analysis showed that absorbance values of A were 0.05 ±0.01, 0.15 ±0.08, 0.32 ±0.07, and 0.54 ±0.12, respectively.Ets-1 were up-regulated in Banff ⅡandⅢgroups.Conclusion Ets-1 is up-regulated in renal fibrosis and increases with Banff schems.
