以自制的酰胺和硼酸、醇胺为原料,制备一种酰胺型含氮型硼酸酯,通过正交实验和单因素实验确定最佳制备条件,采用红外光谱对产品结构进行表征,利用高频往复试验机考察其抗磨性。实验结果表明:当 n(酰胺):n(硼酸酯):n(乙醇胺)摩尔比为0.9:1.0:2.0时,反应时间在3 h,反应温度在115℃时酯化率达到最大85.91%。红外光谱证明目标产物已合成。当添加量200μg/g 时,有效降低磨斑直径。

Using self-made amide and boric acid, alcohol amine as raw materials, amide type nitrogen-containing boric acid ester was prepared. The optimal preparation conditions were determined through the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment. Structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectrum. And its abrasion resistance was investigated by using high frequency reciprocating rig. The experimental results show that: when n (amide): n (borate): n (ethanol amine) molar ratio is 0.9:1.0:2.0, reaction time is 3 h, the reaction temperature is at 115 ℃,the esterification rate can reach to 85.91%.IR spectrum has proved that the synthesized product is target product. When adding 200μg/g the product, the wear scar diameter can be effectively reduced.
