[目的]探讨角色扮演法在灾难护理学教学中的应用及其效果。[方法]对上海某高校2014级护理专升本28名学生分别采用传统教学法和角色扮演法两种教学模式进行授课。分别在两次课程结束后对护生的知识掌握度、护生对教师教学质量的评价以及教师对护生学习行为的评价进行调查。[结果]采用角色扮演法教学,学生知识的掌握度、学习的灵活性与主动性、创造性思维能力、临床问题分析能力、同学之间合作关系评分均高于传统教学法(P <0.05)。[结论]应用角色扮演法有助于提高学生的学习兴趣、使其更有效掌握教学内容,巩固教学效果,进而提高护生应对灾难的实际能力。

Objective:To evaluate the application and its effect of role playing method in the TOP UP students course of Disaster Nursing.Methods:The course of Disaster Nursing was provided for 28 nursing TOP UP students in Class 2014 in a high school in Shanghai.They were taught respectively by traditional teaching meth-od and role playing method.At the end of the two courses,the knowledge mastering degree of nursing students,the evaluation of teachers’teaching quality from nursing students and the learning behavior of nursing students were included in the investigation.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the master degree of knowledge,learning initiative,the initiative thinking and creative ability,teamwork and ability of or-ganization between traditional teaching method and role playing method.Conclusion:The application of role playing method was helpful to improve the students'interest in learning,to make it more effective to master the teaching content,strengthen teaching effect,and thus enhanced the practical ability of nursing students in the face of the catastrophe.
