采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、布氏硬度测试仪和有限元仿真软件对铁路电气用某失效定位线夹进行了测试分析。结果表明,该定位线夹的开裂失效是由于压板在金属模锻过程中发生折叠,折叠过程带入了金属表层的氧化物,使材料内部结合力降低,在螺栓预紧力作用下压板折叠部分发生了开裂。因此,定位线夹在锻造过程中应设计合理的锻造工艺并加强质量监控,防止锻造缺陷的产生。
採用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、佈氏硬度測試儀和有限元倣真軟件對鐵路電氣用某失效定位線夾進行瞭測試分析。結果錶明,該定位線夾的開裂失效是由于壓闆在金屬模鍛過程中髮生摺疊,摺疊過程帶入瞭金屬錶層的氧化物,使材料內部結閤力降低,在螺栓預緊力作用下壓闆摺疊部分髮生瞭開裂。因此,定位線夾在鍛造過程中應設計閤理的鍛造工藝併加彊質量鑑控,防止鍛造缺陷的產生。

Use optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope,brinell hardness tester and finite element simulation software to test and analyse cracking failure for positioning clamp of electric railway.The results indicate that cracking fail-ure is due to the platen folded in the metal forging process,and bring into metal surface oxide in the forging process,thus the binding force between the metal is reduced,and then the folded portion of the platen is rupture in the role of the bolt preload.Therefore,we should design reasonable forging process and strengthen quality control during the forging process for positioning clamp to prevent the forging defect.
