Yatong dropping pill%preparation technology%orthogonal experiment
目的:优选牙痛滴丸的制备工艺。方法在单因素考察的基础上,以滴丸丸重差异、溶散时限和外观质量为考察指标,以提取物与基质比例、滴速、滴距和滴制温度为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选最佳成型工艺。结果以 PEG6000为基质,石蜡油:豆油1:1做冷却剂,优选的处方和最佳制备工艺为提取物与基质的比例为1:2,冷却剂温度-3~0℃,滴制温度为65℃,滴速45滴/分,滴距10~12cm。结论优选的工艺合理、可行,制备的牙痛滴丸形状圆滑、大小均匀,溶散时限短,丸重差异小,符合滴丸剂的质量标准。
目的:優選牙痛滴汍的製備工藝。方法在單因素攷察的基礎上,以滴汍汍重差異、溶散時限和外觀質量為攷察指標,以提取物與基質比例、滴速、滴距和滴製溫度為攷察因素,採用正交試驗法優選最佳成型工藝。結果以 PEG6000為基質,石蠟油:豆油1:1做冷卻劑,優選的處方和最佳製備工藝為提取物與基質的比例為1:2,冷卻劑溫度-3~0℃,滴製溫度為65℃,滴速45滴/分,滴距10~12cm。結論優選的工藝閤理、可行,製備的牙痛滴汍形狀圓滑、大小均勻,溶散時限短,汍重差異小,符閤滴汍劑的質量標準。
목적:우선아통적환적제비공예。방법재단인소고찰적기출상,이적환환중차이、용산시한화외관질량위고찰지표,이제취물여기질비례、적속、적거화적제온도위고찰인소,채용정교시험법우선최가성형공예。결과이 PEG6000위기질,석사유:두유1:1주냉각제,우선적처방화최가제비공예위제취물여기질적비례위1:2,냉각제온도-3~0℃,적제온도위65℃,적속45적/분,적거10~12cm。결론우선적공예합리、가행,제비적아통적환형상원활、대소균균,용산시한단,환중차이소,부합적환제적질량표준。
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of Yatong dropping pills. Methods:Based on the single factors research,the preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal design with weight variation coefficient,dissolution time and appearance as index and using ratio of extract to matrix,dropping speed,dropping distance and refrigerant tem-perature as factors. Results:Using PEG 6000 as base material,paraffin oil and soybean oil with the radio of 1: 1 as refrig-erant,the optimized parameters for the forming technology were as follows:ratio of extract to matrix was 1: 2,refrigerant temperature was at - 3 ~ 0℃ ,dropping temperture was at 65℃,dropping speed was 45 drops per minute,and dropping distance was 10 ~ 12cm. Conclusion:The optimized process is reasonable and feasible. Prepared Yatong dropping pills have uniform size and smooth round shape,low weight variation and quick dissolution,which is up to the quality require-ments of dropping pills.
