目的：分析目标性监测融入 PDCA 对剖宫产腹部切口愈合不良发生率的影响。方法建立目标性监测的数据分析资料库，监测2011年7月至2014年6月在本院剖宫产分娩的产妇，对其进行统计分析，并成立以医院感染科为主导的监控小组，由专职护士对术者、器械护士的洗手过程进行监控，对病房医生、护士手卫生进行不定期/定期抽查。结果实行目标性监测并在此基础上运用 PDCA 管理模式，经过两年的改进，可明显看到腹部切口的脂肪液化发生率明显下降，差异有显著性（P <0.05）。结论应用目标性监测如手术部位监测，能较全面的发现影响因素，并对高危因素采取干预措施，提供更佳的医疗实践模型，可不同程度的降低感染率发生。

Objective:To analyze the influence of target monitoring into PDCA on the incidence rate of abdominal inci-sion healing in cesarean section. Methods:The target monitoring data analysis database system were established while the caesarean birth mothers in our hospital from July,2011 to June,2014 were monitored and statistical analyzed. Then,to set up the the monitoring group that in hospital infection was dominated,by full-time nurses of operation,equipment,nurses wash process monitoring,on hand hygiene of the ward doctors,nurses from time to time / regular spot checks. Results:on the basis of target monitoring,they were used the PDCA management model,after two years of improvement,which can be clearly seen in the abdominal incision fat liquefaction rate was significantly decreased,and the difference had statistical sig-nificance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The application of objective monitoring,such as surgical site monitoring,can be more comprehensive and found the influencing factors,and to provide better medical practice model,which can reduce the inci-dence of infection.
