利用电子显微镜技术,首次在国内从患暴发性流行病罗非鱼体内发现病毒病原。电镜观察结果显示,在患病罗非鱼脾脏、心脏以及鳃组织细胞质中观察到大量病毒颗粒。病毒颗粒呈球形,无囊膜,直径约30~40 nm,与鱼类神经坏死病毒相近。
利用電子顯微鏡技術,首次在國內從患暴髮性流行病囉非魚體內髮現病毒病原。電鏡觀察結果顯示,在患病囉非魚脾髒、心髒以及鰓組織細胞質中觀察到大量病毒顆粒。病毒顆粒呈毬形,無囊膜,直徑約30~40 nm,與魚類神經壞死病毒相近。
이용전자현미경기술,수차재국내종환폭발성류행병라비어체내발현병독병원。전경관찰결과현시,재환병라비어비장、심장이급새조직세포질중관찰도대량병독과립。병독과립정구형,무낭막,직경약30~40 nm,여어류신경배사병독상근。
In this study, by using electron microscopy technique , a viral agent associated with massive mortality in cage -farmed tilapia was discovered for the first time at home .The results showed that numerous viral particles were observed in the cytoplasm of spleen, heart and gill tissues, etc.The viral particles are spherical, non-enveloped, with a diameter of 30 ~40nm, which was similar to the nervous necrosis virus in fishes .
