进行了不同授精方法(单精授精、混精授精)对哲罗鲑(Hucho taimen)(♀)与细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok)(♂)杂交子代受精效果影响的试验,并研究了人工养殖条件下杂种的生长特性。结果表明,混精授精可以有效地提高杂种受精率、发眼率、孵化率和上浮率。排除疾病或不可抗力等因素,杂种体长、体质量生长都随月龄的增加而呈线性增长,杂种特定生长率有随水温变化而变化的趋势,生长比速与生长指标在6月龄之前呈现较高的生长态势,6月龄后则表现为一般生长态势,生长比速与生长指标的变化规律基本一致。杂种肥满度变化与水温变化规律不一致,这与杂种所处的生长阶段有关,也受食物组成、养殖环境及水文条件的影响。

Effect of different artificial insemination methods on hybrids of Hucho taimen(♀) ×Brachymystax lenok(♂) were studied in this experiment, so was the growth of hybrids under artificial rearing conditions .The result showed that mixed-sperm insemination can efficiently enhance the fertilization rate , egg-eyed rate, hatching rate and floating rate with a better fertilization effect on hybrids .Exclude the interference of disease and irresistible force , the growth of hybrids body length and body weight was increased linearly as the growth of month -age.The specific growth rate of hybrids showed a trend that varied with water temperature .On the other hand , the changing trend of growth coefficient and growth charac -teristic were basically the same that grows quickly at the first six months but relatively slower after six months old .Condi-tion factor changing was inconsistent with water temperature , which is related to its growth phase and affected by diet com -position, culture environment, hydrological factors and so on .This study can provide scientific basis for large -scale breed-ing and efficiency culturing on hybrids of Hucho taimen(♀) ×Brachymystax lenok(♂).
