铝合金焊接在工业生产活动中具有广泛的应用,但是在进行铝合金构件焊接的过程中,经常会发生构件焊接变形等问题,增加了焊接部位再次损坏的风险。通过分析铝合金构件焊接变形的原因,提出优化这项焊接工艺的具体措施,希望可以对相关的焊接工作人员起到良好的技术指导作用。
鋁閤金銲接在工業生產活動中具有廣汎的應用,但是在進行鋁閤金構件銲接的過程中,經常會髮生構件銲接變形等問題,增加瞭銲接部位再次損壞的風險。通過分析鋁閤金構件銲接變形的原因,提齣優化這項銲接工藝的具體措施,希望可以對相關的銲接工作人員起到良好的技術指導作用。

Aluminum alloy welding has wide application in industrial production,but in the process of welding aluminum al-loy components,problem such as welding deformation occurs a lot,which not only seriously affects the effects of welding,but also increases the risk of the welding parts damage.In this paper,through analyzing the reason of welding deformation aluminium alloy component,some specific measures to optimize the welding technology of welding are put forward.
