燃煤锅炉广泛应用于工业生产过程中,被认为是最大的排汞源。分析了脱汞效率计算的两个公式以及这两个公式之间的联系;结合理想气体体积理论,分析了汞对烟气量的影响,认为其可以忽略不计;通过对6个电厂脱汞效率的分析,指出工程常用的污染物控制装置能基本保证燃煤锅炉汞排放控制在国家标准要求的限值范围内,对于煤中汞含量较高的云贵地区的燃煤锅炉,当汞污染控制装置的脱汞效率达到90%~95%时,可将大多数燃煤锅炉汞排放控制在国家标准限值范围内。

Coal-fired boiler, which is widely used in industrial process, is considered to be the largest source of mercury. This paper analyzes two formulas for calculating the mercury removal efficiency and the connection between the two formulas; connecting with the volume theory of ideal gas, analyzes the influence of mercury on the flue gas amount, holding that it can be ignored;and through the analysis on the mercury removal efficiency of six power plants, points out that the anti-pollution devices commonly used in engineering can basically guarantee the mercury emission from coal-fired boiler within the national standard limit, and for the coal-fired boilers used in the Yunnan and Guizhou regions,because the mercury content in coal is higher, only if the mercury removal efficiency of anti-pollution devices could be 90%~95%, could the mercury emission from the most coal-fired boilers be controlled within the national standard limit.
