建筑屋面是建筑节能控制的重点部位。目前,工程中经常应用的是聚苯板屋面保温系统,但其接缝多,当防水层有渗漏时会沿着接缝串水,不容易找到渗漏点,不易维修。一种新型泡沫混凝土具有显著较低的热传导性和优良的防火性能,制作过程中又掺入粉煤灰等矿物掺合料,既达到了环保节能的效果,且整体性能好,防水层渗漏时不会串水,又可以制备成防水泡沫混凝土保温层。应用结果表明,将泡沫混凝土应用于屋面保温工程,既能减轻建筑物自重,又能满足建筑节能的要求。特别是现场浇筑泡沫混凝土屋面,能够大大提高屋面的整体性能,减少屋面施工的劳动强度。

Building roof is the key part of building energy saving control.At present,polystyrene board insulation roof-ing system is often used in engineering,but when the waterproof layer leakage will leak along the seams on water,it is not easy to find the leakage points,and not easy to repair.A new type of foamed concrete has significantly lower thermal con-ductivity and excellent fire performance,and the process with adding mineral admixtures such as fly ash and other mineral admixtures can achieve the effect of environmental protection and energy saving.And the overall performance is good,the waterproof layer leakage can’t string water,and can be prepared into waterproof foam concrete insulation layer.The results show that the foamed concrete can be applied in roof insulation engineering,which can reduce the weight of buildings and meet the requirements of building energy efficiency.Especially,the concrete roof can greatly improve the overall perform-ance of the roof,and reduce the labor intensity of the roof construction.
