随着电力工业和信息技术的发展，电磁兼容问题日益受到重视。智能头盔作为一种新型电子产品，在给外界带来电磁干扰的同时，也不可避免地受到外界的电磁环境影响研究了智能头盔的电磁兼容性能，并从加屏蔽罩、滤波、优化电路布局布线、使用 TVS 管等方面，对智能头盔存在的辐射骚扰、传导骚扰、静电放电、电磁干扰、快瞬、浪涌、电压骤降和短时中断等现象，给出了对应的解决方案。

With the development of power industry and information technology,the electromagnetic compatibility prob-lem is attracting more and more attention.As a new type of electronic products,smart helmet brings the outside electromag-netic interference affected by external electromagnetic environment.The EMC performance of intelligent helmets is dis-cussed,probe into the existing radiation harassment,smart helmet conduction harassment,electrostatic discharge and elec-tromagnetic interference,fast transient and surge.To the phenomenon such as voltage sag and short supply interruption from the shield,filtering,optimization of circuit layout and wiring,the use of TVS diode and so on,we give the corre-sponding solutions.
