目的：——研究蒺藜粗皂苷提取的最佳工艺。方法——用3种方法提取蒺藜皂苷，选择紫外分光光度法进行定性定量测定，并采用正交试验法考察乙醇体积分数、提取次数、及提取时间等因素对皂苷含量的影响。结果——最佳提取工艺为A3B3C3。结论——蒺藜皂苷的最佳提取条件为：加体积分数75%的乙醇，回流提取3次，每次1.5 h。

목적：——연구질려조조감제취적최가공예。방법——용3충방법제취질려조감，선택자외분광광도법진행정성정량측정，병채용정교시험법고찰을순체적분수、제취차수、급제취시간등인소대조감함량적영향。결과——최가제취공예위A3B3C3。결론——질려조감적최가제취조건위：가체적분수75%적을순，회류제취3차，매차1.5 h。
Objective—To study the optimum extraction of crude saponins of Tribulus terrestris. Method—With three methods for extraction of saponins from Tribulus terrestris method, UV points spectrophotometric qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out, the orthogonal test method was used to study ethanol volume fraction, extraction times, and extraction time and other factors impact on saponin content. Result—The best extraction process is A3B3C3. Conclusion —The optimum extraction conditions of tribulus terrestris is 75% ethanol, extracting 3 times, every time 1.5 h.
