调查某企业桶装饮用水出现铜绿假单胞菌污染的原因,分析发现水源井受到地表渗水污染;灌装线存在设计缺陷被反冲洗水污染。同时由于企业错误使用反渗透产生的废水洗刷周转桶及冲洗地面进而造成交叉污染;查明原因后指导企业对水源、生产车间和灌装线等受到污染的地方用5%食品级双氧水进行消毒处理,报废掉不能用的水源井。全面处理清洗消毒之后,重新取样检测,未发现有铜绿假单胞菌污染。
