运用Fluent软件对某钢铁企业热态实验室中脉冲试验炉进行三维数值模拟,研究富氧量以及烟气回流量对试验炉内温度分布以及污染物NOx生成量的影响。结果表明:合适的纯氧掺混比例以及烟气回流量,可以在保证炉温分布的同时,减少混合煤气消耗量、烟气排放量以及反应过程中NO x生成量。数值模拟结果为相关试验设备选取、试验中各参数设定、后续的改造提供参考依据。

The combustion performance of a gas fired pulse test furnace at the phase change materials thermal energy storage lab of Ansteel was studied by three -dimensional numerical simulation with softwareFluent.The study was based on oxygen -enriched combustion technology and exhaust gas recir -culation technology were combined,research the effect of temperature distribution and NO x emissionunder different exhaust gas reflux rate, oxygen -enrich rate, which shows that suitable exhaust gas re -flux rate and oxygen -enrich rate could reduce the fuel consumption and NOx emission while meetingresult and efficiency of heating.The results of numerical simulation could provide the reference for relatedequipment selection, experimental parameter sets and optimizing.
