对钢渣粉料加压成型后的高温烧结产物的性能(吸水率、抗折强度、收缩率和体积密度)进行了研究。结果表明,成型压力、温度、烧结时间均对烧结样品的性能有一定影响。当成形压力为6MPa,烧结温度为1300℃,烧结时间为60min时,抗折强度达到70.02MPa,吸水率为1.68%。

The sintered product properties of powder steel slag by compression molding, including wa-ter absorption rate, flexural strength, shrinking rate and volume density were studied.The result shows compact pressure, sintering temperature, heat preservation time have effect on the properties of the sin-tered samples.When the compact pressure is 6MPa, sintering temperature is 1300℃and heat preser-vation time is 60min, the flexural strength can reach 70.02MPa and the water absorption rate is 1.68%.
