利用电信号融合理论可以达到在线识别三相电机运行状态的目的. 借助融合理论及主分量融合算法,对三相电信号所反映电机的运行状态进行特征量的提取,实现对电机运行工况及典型故障的在线识别. 在此基础之上,开发了基于LabVIEW的电机运行状态在线识别软件,借助液压动力系统,完成了电机工况的在线监测及故障诊断实验,验证了该技术的稳定性、快速性和实用性,为电机运行状态在线识别技术的研究提供了新理论、新方法.

On-line identification of three-phase motor running state can be realized by using the theory of e-lectrical signal fusion. By using a three-phase electrical signals of the principal component analysis algo-rithm, which improves the speed of the data fusion and on-line identification, the requirements of the real-time observation has been reached. Designed a running condition recognition software based on LabVIEW and PCA algorithm, with the help of the extraction, fusion, analysis, storage electrical signals in the motor, which implements the feature recognition for the running status. At last, the reliability and practicability of this technology is verified by the experiments.
