对恒壁温条件下翅片管外湿空气的冷却过程进行了数值模拟和试验研究。研究结果表明:湿空气中水蒸汽的冷凝对空气流动的影响较小;湿空气流过单支翅片管的进、出口温降随进口空气温度的升高而增加,随进口湿空气相对湿度和速度的增加而降低;对流传热的Nu数随Re数的增加而增加,随进口空气相对湿度的增加而降低。
對恆壁溫條件下翅片管外濕空氣的冷卻過程進行瞭數值模擬和試驗研究。研究結果錶明:濕空氣中水蒸汽的冷凝對空氣流動的影響較小;濕空氣流過單支翅片管的進、齣口溫降隨進口空氣溫度的升高而增加,隨進口濕空氣相對濕度和速度的增加而降低;對流傳熱的Nu數隨Re數的增加而增加,隨進口空氣相對濕度的增加而降低。

The cooling property of wet air flow on the outside of horizontal finned tube was numerical simulated and tested under the condition of constant wall temperature. The research results showed that the influence of the vapor condensation on the air flow was very weak. Simultaneously, the temperature drop of the wet air between the inlet and outlet increased with the inlet air temperature, and decreased with the inlet air relative humidity and velocity. The Nusselt number of convective heat transfer increased with the Reynolds number, and decreased with the inlet air relative humidity.
