HIV感染人群骨量减少和骨质疏松的发生率远高于普通人群.HIV感染人群患骨质疏松和骨量减少的危险因素,除了一般人群面对的危险因素之外,还包括病毒本身、抗病毒药物等危险因素.其中,gp120对骨代谢的影响是HIV病毒本身引起骨质疏松的重要机制之一.本文将对gp120的前期研究进行总结,便于深入研究HIV病毒本身对骨代谢的影响.

The incidence of bone mass loss and osteoporosis is superior in HIV infection people than in ordinary crowd. The risk factors for bone mass loss and osteoporosis in HIV infected people include HIV itself, Antiviral agents etc, in addition to the risk factors the ordinary crowd face. The expression of gp120 on bone metabolism is one of the important mechanisms of osteoporosis caused by HIV itself. This review summarized the progress in the impression and mechanism of human immunodeficiency virus envelope glycoprotein gp120 on bone metabolism, in order to facilitate further study of the effects of HIV itself to bone metabolism.
