莱钢宽厚板生产线投产于2009年,自动化控制水平较高。为了得到更好的钢板矩形度、提高成材率,立辊的控制显得尤为重要。由于立辊压进电机初期选型比较小,在正常生产期间克服平衡力压进过程中会导致电机跳电,影响轧制节奏。本文重点介绍了莱钢宽厚板立辊采用的变平衡力控制及立辊待位轧制的技术。这两种技术的使用有效解决了改造前电机转矩过大容易跳电的问题,并有效节省了电能,降低了宽厚板产品的吨钢消耗,实现了降本增效的目标。

Laiwu heavy plate production line,which was put into operation in 2009,enjoyed a higher level of automation.In order to get a better steel rectangle and improve the yield,vertical roll control be-comes especially important.Because the early selected motor for vertical roll press -into function was rel-atively small,the press -into action to overcome pull -back balancing force in the normal course of pro-duction will lead to motor tripping,which influences the rolling rhythm.This paper focuses on the use of heavy plate Edger control and variable counterbalance edger position rolling technology in Laiwu Steel. The use of these two technologies has effectively solved the motor tripping problem due to too large torque before modification,and effectively save energy and reduce consumption per ton of steel heavy plate prod-ucts,and achieve the goals of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
