通过溶胶-凝胶法和水热合成法制备出杂多酸(K6 P2 W18)/TiO2复合光催化剂,并对其进行 SEM,XRD,IR 表征。采用该复合催化剂和单一 TiO2在紫外光条件下对模拟染料废水甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解,考察两者的光催化活性,并分别测出降解之后的甲基橙溶液的 COD 值(化学需氧量)。通过实验可以得出,杂多酸/TiO2复合光催化剂的光催化活性明显优于单纯的 TiO2光催化剂。并且,经模拟紫外灯照射甲基橙溶液8h 后,加入复合光催化剂的甲基橙溶液 COD 去除率达到61.98%,而加入单纯的TiO2光催化剂的 COD 去除率仅达到40.63%。

The composite photocatalysts Polyoxometalates /Titanium ( POM/TiO2 ) were prepared by sol -gel and hydrothermal synthesis method,the composites were characterized by IR ,XRD and SEM.Methyl orange sollution is degrded in UV light conditions by using photocatalysts POM /TiO2 and TiO2 .The photocatalytic activity of photocatalysts and COD values of methyl orange solution were studied at the same time .The results indicate that the photocatalytic activity of POM /TiO2 is significantly better than pure TiO 2 photocatalyst.And the COD removal rate of POM /TiO2 in methyl orange solution reached 61.98%, while TiO2 only reached 40.63% after 8 hours UV -light irradiation.
