以三油酸甘油酯为原料,通过臭氧氧化、硼氢化钠还原,一步合成出结构新颖的甘油三元醇,其结构中同时含有三个酯键和三个功能性末端羟基。将该甘油三元醇添加到壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇/纳米TiO2的膜液中,流延法成膜,考察甘油三元醇与膜的基材分子的相互作用,并与添加丙三醇的复合膜做比较。结果表明甘油三元醇对复合膜的表观构象、机械性能和阻隔性能均有影响,可通过进一步优化结构和膜的配方,来提高其增塑性。

A novel triol, which contains three ester bonds and three terminal hydroxyl groups, was synthesized through ozonization of triolein followed by a reduction by sodium borohydride. The triol was then added to chitosan/poly (vinyl alcohol)/nano TiO2 solutions and made into composite packaing films by casting. The physical, mechanical and barrier properties of the trial film (with triol), blank film (no triol or glycerol) and control film (with glycerol) were tesed and compared. The incorporated triol showed evident intermolecular effect with other molecules in the film, and influenced the microstructure, mechanical and barrier properties of the film. The results proved that triol as a plasticizer used in packaging materials may be feasible, and the plasticity can be increased through further optimizing the structure and the formula of the composite film.
