以淀粉、醚化剂为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,采用半干法合成了阳离子淀粉;再以阳离子淀粉、氯化亚铁、氯化铁为原料采用混合共沉淀磁化法制得了磁性阳离子淀粉微球,并对产品进行形貌及红外表征。结果表明:制备的磁性阳离子淀粉微球呈不规则球形、表面粗糙、平均粒径为20nm。以甲基橙、次甲基蓝和重铬酸钾为客体分子,测定了磁性阳离子淀粉微球的吸附性能,结果表明:磁性阳离子淀粉微球吸附性能优良,吸附效率可达90%,同时具有磁性,易于实现磁分离。

With starch, etherifying agent as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as catalyst , Cationic starch was synthesized using semi -dry method; Again with cationic starch, ferrous chloride and ferric chloride as raw materials , magnetic cationic starch microspheres were synthesized with mixed coprecipitation method and the products were characterized with scanning electron microscopy and IR.The results showed that the magnetic cationic starch microspheres were irregular spherical with rough surface and the average particle size of 20 nm.With methyl orange, methylene blue and potassium dichromate as the object, the adsorption performance of magnetic cationic starch microspheres were measured , The results showed that the magnetic cationic starch microspheres adsorption performance is good , the adsorption efficiency could reach 90%, at the same time has magnetism, easy to realize the magnetic separation.
