现有军用机场的跑道长度不能保证飞机在起飞滑跑过程中一发失效故障认定速度大于中断起飞决断速度而小于继续起飞决断速度时飞机中断起飞或继续起飞的安全。通过分析继续起飞决断速度和中断起飞决断速度与起飞质量的关系,提出用限制飞机起飞质量的方法避免这种情况的发生,给出了特定跑道长度条件下一发失效临界安全起飞质量的确定算法。
現有軍用機場的跑道長度不能保證飛機在起飛滑跑過程中一髮失效故障認定速度大于中斷起飛決斷速度而小于繼續起飛決斷速度時飛機中斷起飛或繼續起飛的安全。通過分析繼續起飛決斷速度和中斷起飛決斷速度與起飛質量的關繫,提齣用限製飛機起飛質量的方法避免這種情況的髮生,給齣瞭特定跑道長度條件下一髮失效臨界安全起飛質量的確定算法。

In case of recognition velocity of engine failure is greater than the abort take-off decision veloc-ity and less than the continual take-off decision velocity,the runway length of existing military airfield can′t ensure the aircraft′s safety of continuing take-off or aborting take-off.In order to avoid this case, by analyzing the relationship between the continual take-off decision velocity and take-off mass as well as the abort take-off decision velocity and take-off mass,a method of limiting the aircraft′s take-off mass was put forward.Moreover,this paper presented the iterative search confirmation algorithm of the critical safety take-off mass in case that one engine failures during aircraft′s take-off running.
