目的:探讨早期应用复合辅酶联合维生素 E 在治疗新生儿高胆红素血症中对肝肾功能的保护作用。方法将133例足月高胆红素血症新生儿随机分为两组,观察组(n =68)给予静滴复合辅酶和维生素 E 以及常规治疗;对照组(n =65)仅给予常规干预。比较两组患儿治疗前后血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ- GGT)、总胆红素及胱抑素 C(Cys -C)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标变化。结果所有患儿治疗后γ- GGT、Cys - C 和 MDA 均较治疗前有所下降,而观察组较对照组下降幅度更显著( P ﹤0.05)。结论高胆红素血症对新生儿肝肾功能有较大损害,复合辅酶联合维生素 E 通过胆红素诱导的脂质过氧化作用,可有效降低血清胆红素水平,对患儿肝肾产生一定保护作用。

Objective To explore the protection role in the early proper coenzyme complex combined with vitamin E in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia on the function of liver and kidney. Methods 133 cases of full - term newborns with hyperbilirubinemia were ran-domly divided into two groups. The observed group(n = 68)was given intravenous drip and coenzyme complex vitamin E and conventional thera-py. The patient of control group(n = 65)only received routine intervention. The serum gamma glutamyl transfer enzyme(γ - GGT),total biliru-bin and cystatin C(Cys),malondialdehyde(MDA)and indicators of change were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in children. Results After treatment,γ - GGT,Cys - C and MDA decreased,while the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia on neonatal liver and kidney function have greater harm,coenzyme complex com-bined with vitamin E by bilirubin induced lipid peroxidation. This method can effectively reduce the level of serum bilirubin,liver and kidney of children have some protective effect.
