目的:应用食醋对二甲基亚硝胺(NDMA)诱发大鼠食管癌动物模型进行干预,观察大鼠食管癌患病率,研究食醋对食管癌的抑制作用。方法随机将80只 SD 大鼠平均分成两组。Ⅰ组:普通饲料、普通饮水饲养,每周一次NDMA 皮下注射,10 mg/ kg;Ⅱ组:含醋饲料、含醋饮水饲养,每周一次 NDMA 皮下注射,10 mg/ kg。24周后,解剖各组存活大鼠,取食管组织,常规染色切片后行病理组织学观察,记录两组实验鼠食管癌发病数据。以各组实验鼠食管癌发病率数据为对比参数,对数据进行统计学分析。结果Ⅰ组存活34只大鼠中有32只罹患食管癌,患病率为94.12%。Ⅱ组存活38只实验鼠中有28只患食管癌,患病率为73.68%。Ⅱ组大鼠食管癌患病率明显低于Ⅰ组,差异有显著性( P﹤0.05)。结论食醋对 NDMA 诱导的 SD 大鼠食管癌有一定的抑制作用。

목적:응용식작대이갑기아초알(NDMA)유발대서식관암동물모형진행간예,관찰대서식관암환병솔,연구식작대식관암적억제작용。방법수궤장80지 SD 대서평균분성량조。Ⅰ조:보통사료、보통음수사양,매주일차NDMA 피하주사,10 mg/ kg;Ⅱ조:함작사료、함작음수사양,매주일차 NDMA 피하주사,10 mg/ kg。24주후,해부각조존활대서,취식관조직,상규염색절편후행병리조직학관찰,기록량조실험서식관암발병수거。이각조실험서식관암발병솔수거위대비삼수,대수거진행통계학분석。결과Ⅰ조존활34지대서중유32지리환식관암,환병솔위94.12%。Ⅱ조존활38지실험서중유28지환식관암,환병솔위73.68%。Ⅱ조대서식관암환병솔명현저우Ⅰ조,차이유현저성( P﹤0.05)。결론식작대 NDMA 유도적 SD 대서식관암유일정적억제작용。
Objective To study the inhibition effect of vinegar on dimethyl nitrosamine(NDMA)induced rat esophagus cancer. Meth-ods Eighty SD rats were divided into two groups randomly. 10 mg/ kg of NDMA was subcutaneously injected once a week in both groups of rats to induce esophagus cancer. The rats in group B received vinegar - containing food and water instead of conventional water and food in group A. After 24 weeks,the rats were sacrificed,esophageal tissue was obtained for pathological examination. The incidences of esophageal cancer in two groups were compared and analyzed statistically. Results In group A,of the 34 live rats,32 had esophageal cancer(94. 12% ). In group B,of the 38 live rats,28 had esophageal cancer(73. 68% ). The incidence of esophageal cancer in group B was significantly lower than group A( P﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The vinegar have certain inhibitory effect on esophageal cancer induced by NDMA in SD rat.
