Rocuronium%Illumination%Temperature%General anesthesia
目的:观察光线与温度对罗库溴铵在全麻患者中的效价。方法选取拟在我院行全麻手术患者60例,随机分为6组,低温光照2周组(DG2组)、常温避光2周组(CB2组)、低温避光2周组(DB2组)、低温光照4周组(DG4组)、常温避光4周组(CB4组)、低温避光4周组(DB4组)。麻醉诱导待患者意识消失后行肌松监测,初始数值记录后启动肌松监测仪泵注罗库溴铵,记录6组患者的诱导时间、增药时间及增药量。结果在贮藏时间相同时,与DB组比较,DG组和CB组诱导时间、增药量增加,增药时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在贮藏条件相同时,4周组较2周组诱导时间、增药量增加,增药时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光线与温度均会降低罗库溴铵的效价,随着时间的延长罗库溴铵的效价也会缓慢降低。

목적:관찰광선여온도대라고추안재전마환자중적효개。방법선취의재아원행전마수술환자60례,수궤분위6조,저온광조2주조(DG2조)、상온피광2주조(CB2조)、저온피광2주조(DB2조)、저온광조4주조(DG4조)、상온피광4주조(CB4조)、저온피광4주조(DB4조)。마취유도대환자의식소실후행기송감측,초시수치기록후계동기송감측의빙주라고추안,기록6조환자적유도시간、증약시간급증약량。결과재저장시간상동시,여DB조비교,DG조화CB조유도시간、증약량증가,증약시간축단,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);재저장조건상동시,4주조교2주조유도시간、증약량증가,증약시간축단,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론광선여온도균회강저라고추안적효개,수착시간적연장라고추안적효개야회완만강저。
Objective To explore the effect of illumination and temperature on rocuronium in general anesthesia. Methods Sixty patients scheduled for general anesthesia were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=10):group DG2 (treat-ed with low temperature and illumination for 2 weeks, group CB2 (normal temperature and non-illumination for 2 weeks), group DB2 (low temperature and non-illumination for 2 weeks), group DG4 (low temperature and illumination for 4 weeks), group CB4 (normal temperature and non-illumination for 4 weeks), group DB4 (low temperature and non-illu-mination for 4 weeks). After the patients lose consciousness, neuromuscular monitoring was performed, with rocuroni-um administrated. The induction time, adding time and adding dose were recorded. Results Under the same storage time, group DG and group CB needed longer induction time, more adding dose, shorter adding time than group DB (P<0.05). Under the same storage conditions, 4 weeks group had longer induction time, more adding dose, and shorter adding time than 2 weeks group (P<0.05). Conclusion Illumination and temperature can decrease the effect of ro-curonium, and the effect of rocuronium is slowly reduced with time going on.
