目的：探讨影响系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)治疗结局的因素。方法收集某综合医院风湿免疫科2010年至2013年系统性红斑狼疮患者病历资料，分析系统性红斑狼疮治疗结局的影响因素。结果共分析350份SLE病历资料。单因素分析显示中老年（≥45岁）患者、C反应蛋白升高、C3降低、起病重或危重、SLE复发者治疗结局较差。多因素logistic回归分析显示，年龄和是否复发是SLE患者治疗结局的独立影响因素，OR值分别为2.017和2.517。结论中老年患者、SLE复发患者的治疗结局较差，应在临床治疗时给予重视。
목적：탐토영향계통성홍반랑창(SLE)치료결국적인소。방법수집모종합의원풍습면역과2010년지2013년계통성홍반랑창환자병력자료，분석계통성홍반랑창치료결국적영향인소。결과공분석350빈SLE병력자료。단인소분석현시중노년（≥45세）환자、C반응단백승고、C3강저、기병중혹위중、SLE복발자치료결국교차。다인소logistic회귀분석현시，년령화시부복발시SLE환자치료결국적독립영향인소，OR치분별위2.017화2.517。결론중노년환자、SLE복발환자적치료결국교차，응재림상치료시급여중시。
Objective To explore the inlfuencing factors of treatment outcome of SLE. Methods Data about the patients with SLE was collected by copying the information from the medical records during 2010 to 2013 in a comprehensive hospital, and the inlfuencing factors of treatment outcome of SLE were analyzed.Results350 medical records were collected. Univariate analysis showed that patients with middle-and-old, positive C-reactive protein, C3 decreased, serious disease and relapsed patients had a poor outcome.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and whether relapse were independent inlfuencing factors of treatment outcome in patients with SLE, OR were 2.017 and 2.517 respectively.Conclusion The treatment outcome of elderly patients (≥45 years old) and relapsed patients was poor, and more attention should be given while clinical treatment.
